GST started in 2001to help athletes of all ages achieve safe and reliable Training program at an affordable cost. We work with each athlete one on one to achieve their Fitness and training goals. 

Who We Are

MIKE GALVAN, MBA, ATC, CSCS.

Mike has been in the Health and Fitness industry for 15 years. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Capella University, he brings a wealth of ideas and knowledge to help people of all ages achieve their Fitness dreams. He is an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris College and a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of Illinois. 

Our Staff are degreed professionals with national certifications.
